1st Place on Oval and TT at the Semo Raceway ATV Fall Pro Shootout!

Payton grabbed first place finishes on Oval and TT in the 90 Production Class at the SEMO Raceway ATV Fall Shootout!

Round 7: 1st Place in Orville OH. Payton won the Series Championship!

With the Series Championship all but wrapped up, Payton just needed to cross the start line in the main to win. We decided with the 90CVT Series won, we could run an extra class. Payton decided he wanted to see how he would do in the 90 Mod class (ATV's with any engine under 90cc). Payton took 5th in the heat and 3rd in the main with some very clean riding.

In the 90CVT heat race, we broke a clutch and could not finish. In the main, he got last pick but charged to the front on lap 3.

Payton won the 90CVT Series Championship!


We would like to thank our friends Kevin and Jack Vande Zande for making the trip to Ohio with us again. With sponsor support like that, it's no wonder Payton did so well.

We would also like to thank the Reimers with Reimer Racing and Wayne and the boys from Haggerty Motorsports for lending us the clutch parts to get through the mains.

Round #6: 1st Place at Sioux Valley Cycle Club in Renner SD

Payton swept the track. He won first place in the heat race and first place in the main. The heat ended up close but Payton managed to keep his number one spot. He started with a big lead but with just three laps to go, a piece of hardware came loose and he barely won.

For the main, he passed the leader on the second lap and never looked back. This all but clinches the Series championship!

Round #5: 3rd place at Pine Lake in Ashtabula OH

Our new prototype pipe from Profile Performance was still warm when they threw it in the mail and it arrived just in time. We ended up being a little too conservative on the jetting and were a little off on our gearing.

The new pipe was still more responsive and pulled harder from top to bottom! Even with no test time on the pipe and some jetting and gearing tweaks to be made, we finished very respectably. Payton took second place in the heat race and third place in the main.

Round 4: 2nd Place at Birch Creek in Danville, VA

Last week we headed to Danville VA where we raced at Birch Creek, round 4 of 7 for the season. Payton was positioned perfectly to take the number one spot when an unfortunate red flag dropped and the race was stopped with only 7 of the 10 laps completed. We ended up taking second place. But hey, that's racing and a second place finish is still awesome!

We are past the half way point and we are still in first place overall. We'll be working harder than ever to stay there!

Thanks again to Profile Performance for all their expert help with the engine, pipe and clutching, which has been spot on all season. We would also like to thank Rath Racing for all their suspension knowledge as well as all of our other sponsors. None of this would be possible without our sponsors support. Round 3: 1st place in the heat and main at Black Rock Speedway, Dundee NY

Payton took first in the heat and won the main at Black Rock Speedway! So far this year we have two 1st place and one 3rd place finish. We're off to a great start.

Round 2: 3rd place at Ozark Mountain, Ava MO

Payton was unable to complete the heat race due to a clutch issue and was required to start the main in the back row. Despite the back row start, he charged hard and was able to finish the main in 3rd place!

The clutch issue is now worked out and we should see some even better results in the races to come. Stay tuned!

Round 1: We took First Place at Robbins Ridge!

The first race of the year! We drove down to Burnsville NC and ran the race at Robbins Ridge on Saturday, May 8. The quad ran well and conditions were great. We took first place in the 71cc - 90cc PROD CVT class.

Building a rocket.....

Here are some behind the scenes pictures of me and my crew putting our machine together from the ground up. Payton is 11 years old and has been racing for the last 4 years. In 2008 he raced most of the 2008 season finishing second in points and 2nd at the North Central Nationals. 2009 was his first full season. In 2009 he finished first in points with 13 top 3 wins including 6 feature wins. He raced in 22 races in 3 states including Wisconsin, Minnesota, and a national race in Illinois.

In 2010, we plan on racing both District 16 and the Extreme National Dirt Track Series which has races expected in West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, South Dakota, and other states yet to be announced.
